I had a wonderful experience with this company! I am so glad I chose Bellhops. Donal & Wayne were wonderful! The driver came out to meet me as well & everyone was very friendly & personable. I regret that I did not get the driver’s name—he was very friendly & easy to talk to, as it turns out, we both have daughters the same age. Donal was fun & brought a positive attitude as soon as he walked in my door. Wayne was a little more reserved but positive & eager to help as well. These guys were experienced & showed the utmost care in moving my things. They worked really well together as a team & moved boxes very quickly. I’m so glad I didn’t have to worry about watching the guys work—they were very professional & efficient. I chose Bellhops because of the great reviews. Other moving companies had quite a bit of negative reviews—those being having to stay after the movers because they would be on their cells or would suddenly “disappear”. Not these guys! I would have saved a lot of money had I been more prepared. They actually had to wait on me! These guys work hard & earn every dollar they make. Very efficient, professional, & willing to help any way they can to make the move smoother. Donal was quick to ask if I needed anything & Wayne came in as well frequently, asking about which boxes needed to go where. The driver would come in periodically to check & see the status of larger items as he was assessing how everything would fit. I will definitely call Bellhops again for any future moves & I will definitely recommend this company! I bought a Groupon Special & the website was very easy to navigate while signing up. It walks you through every step & you are able to see your costs ahead of time. No hidden fees. Another reason why I chose this company. A lot of negative reviews I read regarding different companies say “bait & switch” or “watch out for the “hidden fees”. People stated they were often not told about Gas or Mileage. Great experience!!! The move went well and the crew was very professional and respectful. There were a few minor incidents that resulted in a broken lamp and scraped furniture/appliances. The crew stayed on schedule despite the unexpected downpours of rain. Overall, the move VERY was successful, and I was VERY pleased with the service. Kudos & Attaboy to a job well done team!!!!! FYI - There was one other team member that helped but he was not on the original crew manifest. He did an exceptional job, as well.

Mitch and Early did an excellent job with my move in Fort Worth, TX! They arrived on time, took great care with my belongings, and worked hard to stay within the time of the appointment. They were friendly, courteous, and communicative, and most of all, they did a fantastic job. I’m very pleased with the work they did.

Adrian, forreste, and Jeremiah were super kind and extremely diligent. They worked at a quick pace and all while under terrible weather conditions. We had a great experience! They really had the very best attitudes. Would use these 3 for every move, every time!

Love the whole experience. My moving team were professional and diligent. They safely moved all my items up 4 flights of stairs on time. They were able to take care of everything and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Would definitely use their services again.

Dragan (driver) showed up a few minutes early and was very friendly and introduced himself when I walked out front. The team responsible for moving everything: Adrianne (Team Lead), David, Ike and Wayne were all very polite and really hustled while also being careful with my items and ensured everything was wrapped well and protected. This was my first experience with bellhop and I will definitely use your services again in the future because everyone was so amazing and my move went perfect!

So happy and pleased with their service and the team! Adrianne and Alberto were great handling all my stuff! Very punctual and smart on how moving the furniture. The two bellhops, Benjamin and Tom, were professional and courteous throughout the moving. They were very careful with my belongings and the driver drove at an appropriate pace. None of my materials were damaged. Everything was done within the time allotted. At the end, I asked them if they could move beds and bed frames to another room to which they say yes. They never said no to any of my requests, very polite. I felt very comfortable. With such a friendly staff, I will definitely give them a call back if I ever need to move again or move furniture within my house.

I’ve used Bellhops 3 times already! This last time I had Lance & Caleb and they were great!! The process is super easy and SO helpful!! Love how they prorate the time after the first hour. Great experiences each time. All my stuff gets moved safely & quickly!! Will absolutely continue to use!
